Why LIVE / FOOD / HOME?
For a while now I've been feeling the need to share with others what I have been focusing on over the last few years, the importance of eating healthy, staying active and finding balance in my life. I completed the Health Coach Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2017 where I studied traditional and modern nutrition theories, contemporary health issues and health coaching. I’ve completed a number of Yoga Teacher Training courses including a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program through Modern Yoga in 2018, 40 hours of Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training, 5 hours of Yoga for Addiction Recovery and am looking forward to completing another 300 hour teacher training beginning September 2019. My goal is to use social media to help promote what I have learned and encourage others to take steps to live a healthy, balanced life.
By combining my love of real estate, architecture and interior design with my passion for health and wellness, my hope is that LIVE / FOOD / HOME will provide an additional space to share useful information to those in need of anything from a quick healthy recipe, to home decor inspiration or what steps you should take before buying a home!
In the end, it's a place for me to share what I love and I hope visitors will take something good away from it.
