For a while now I've been feeling the need to share with others what I have been focusing on over the last few years, the importance of eating healthy, staying active and finding balance in my life. I completed the Health Coach Training Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2017 where I studied traditional and modern nutrition theories, contemporary health issues and health coaching. I am also in the process of completing a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program through Modern Yoga.  My goal is to use social media to help promote what I have learned and encourage others to take steps to live a healthy, balanced life.

By combining my love of real estate, architecture and interior design with my passion for health and wellness, my hope is that LIVE / FOOD / HOME will provide an additional space to share useful information to those in need of anything from a quick healthy recipe, to home decor inspiration or what steps you should take before buying a home!

In the end, it's a place for me to share what I love and I hope visitors will take something good away from it.
