For me, working in the Real Estate industry is a family tradition. Both my Grandfather and my dad were home builders in Southern California. It's what I grew up around and where I saw first hand the joy and pride that comes with home ownership. It's where I learned the importance of being a trustworthy, honest and hard worker. I am inspired by my father's passion and dedication to the Real Estate industry and have always known I'd become a Real Estate Agent.
My path into real estate began in 2002, after obtaining my real estate license. Prior to hanging my license I spent a year processing loans for a local mortgage broker, I also worked as an Escrow Officer working closely with builders, buyers, sellers, their agents, and lenders. On a year hiatus from my position as an Escrow Officer I worked with a busy Arizona agent as a Transaction Coordinator focusing on new home sales, condo developments and short sales. It was there that I saw first hand the individualized customer service that a real estate agent can provide to their client. I not only recognized my own potential to give great service but was also introduced to additional aspects of the industry on top of the knowledge I’d already gained processing loans and closing escrows.
I bring knowledge of the industry from those 3 perspectives and use that knowledge to help clients get the customer service that they deserve.
